Our new braid straps have been a great success since their introduction earlier in the year.
I have to admit I was undecided in the beginning but I thought about it for a few weeks and finally took the plunge. 'Nothing ventured, and all that....' It was a slow start but gradually the orders started to trickle in, then suddenly it went mad and I was struggling to keep up.
My ongoing hospital and GP appointments were getting in the way of my orders. Anyone who is in a similar situation will know what I mean when an appointment which should only
take half an hour ends up taking half a day!
I like to fulfil orders quickly and get them despatched asap.
I'm very impatient by nature and hate to be kept waiting for
something that I've ordered so I know how customers feel
when they're waiting for items to be delivered. For those of
you have experienced delays, I apologise, but I do my utmost
to get them out quickly.
